City Clerk   The Clerk's office is responsible for issuing business licenses, caring for city records and ordinances and responding to requests for public documents. The clerk serves as the secretary of the city council. 


Code Enforcement   The Code Compliance Officer (CCO) will answer questions and investigate complaints from citizens on a wide variety of issues, including violations of nuisance, zoning, and building regulations.


Finance    The City operates two municipal utilities, water and sewer. The Finance Department provides customer service and account services to the city's more than 800 utility customers, as well as general accounting, budgeting and financial reporting for all of the City's funds.


Planning and Building    Planning and Building is responsible for administering the Comprehensive Plan, and the zoning, subdivision, environmental and building codes for the City of Millwood.


Public Works    Millwood's Public Works Department employs three full-time personnel and additional seasonal workers to operate Millwood's municipal water, sewer, street and parks.
