Kevin Freeman was elected as Mayor of the City of Millwood in November, 2013 and took office as the City’s ninth mayor in January, 2014. He served previously on the Millwood Planning Commission and eight years on the Millwood City Council. Mayor Freeman is a hydrogeologist by profession and owns a consulting firm with clients across the Pacific Northwest. Kevin earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Idaho. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, he frequently visited his grandparents in Millwood growing up, and relocated himself in 1998. He is married and the proud father of two young adults.
The City of Millwood has a five member City Council.
