Special Sign Permit

A Public Hearing will be held by the Millwood Planning Commission on the application by Stout and Trent LLC for a special sign permit at 9203 E. Trent Avenue, to place a pole-mounted sign located on public right of way. The hearing will be held on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 beginning at 6:00 p.m. in the Millwood City Hall, 9103 E Frederick Ave, Millwood, Washington.

The City has determined that the application is exempt from SEPA review under WAC 197-11-800(2)(b).

Any person may comment on the application, receive a notice of and participate in any hearings, request a copy of the decision and appeal rights. Comments may be submitted to Planning Department, City of Millwood, 9103 E. Frederick Ave, Millwood, WA 99206 or by email to: planning@cityofmillwood.org. The application file can be reviewed at the Millwood City Hall, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday except holidays.
